Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times:

Free Shipping to U.S. & Canada: Get free FIRST CLASS shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.  Simply select the "First Class" option upon check out. (Please allow 7-20 days for delivery for US and Canada and 7-40 days for International destinations.)!

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Virgin Islands and Service Address Customers:

1. USPS Priority Mail - 3-20 Business Days

2. USPS Express Mail with Online Tracking - Guaranteed Overnight delivery by 3pm to many U.S. areas. Guaranteed 2 day delivery for all other U.S. destinations. Please call for your area.

International Customers:

1. Priority Mail International - 4-40 Business Days

2. Express Mail International - 2-4 Business Days (Not available in every country. Call if you experience difficulty.

Important Notes

Note to International Customers:

1. We are required by law to post the actual value of the merchandise ordered on approved customs forms and to declare the contents of the package as "Craft Supplies". Each Country has its own individual rules for importing and many charge customs fees that are in addition to shipping fees. It is up to you to be aware of your country's regulations and customs fee structure. 2 Bead or not 2 Bead is not responsible for any customs duties charged for your package and will charge a $25.00 fee for any package returned to us as a result of a failure to accept the package.

2. If a package does not arrive be sure to check with your local customs office because 90% of the time that's where the package goes.

3. Do not select Free shipping if you are in a hurry to receive your products. At a minimum order USPS Priority Mail International; we recommend USPS Express Mail International for Guaranteed delivery times. 2 Bead or not 2 Bead does NOT reship or issue refunds on packages not received until a 2 month waiting period has been met.

Note to Domestic Customers

Free First Class Shipping are not preferred options for a speedy delivery. For faster shipping, select Priority or Express Mail (fees based on area and will be displayed during check out).  While 2 Bead or not 2 Bead insures all packages, there is a one month refund waiting period when these options are selected.


Returns Policy:

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full product refund or exchange with an approved RMA number. Goods must be returned in the condition they were shipped with a copy of the original invoice and RMA number. All items must be in their original packaging with appropriate item codes (if applicable).   To request an RMA, call (866) 733-5233 and have ready your invoice number and name of billing party.

The customer is responsible to ensure that the goods reach our destination safely. Items should be placed in a bubble mailer or a box and securely sealed. Returns damaged during return shipping will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Shipping and Handling is not refundable. Special order merchandise is not refundable unless defective. Clearance merchandise is not refundable or returnable.

Unlike most beading companies there is no restocking fee on returns! However, please keep in mind that any total order discounts you received on your order must be debited from the total return price. Returns that bring an order to $0.00 will be subject to be debited for the value of the free shipping or coupon savings you received on your original order.

Exchanges: We recommend that you place a new order online at 2 Bead or not 2 Bead. Then, return the merchandise for a full product refund as per above.

If you do not wish to place a new online order and want to make a direct exchange, please return your items by following the instructions above. To ensure the fastest service, please include the Item Number, Quantity, and price for each item. Be sure to account for applicable Shipping & Handling charges on your new order.


Due to high processing, packaging and shipping costs, we must charge applicable Shipping & Handling on exchanges. However, we will waive the shipping charge on the exchange if the total value of the new items are $25 or more than the value of the returned items; provided that a valid credit card number for payment is sent with the exchange.
